Today I had a birthday party with some friends to celebrate my last year being in my 20's. We started at Red Robin for juicy burgers and then went to see Tangled in the theater. After the movie we came back to my place for some treats including cake, brownie bites, mini cheesecakes and chocolate chip cupcakes. Thanks everyone for making my party and birthday fun!!!

Tonight Sara's Yankee Swap Party was quite the event! We all dressed up in crazy holiday apparel and brought a white elephant gift to exchange. The evening was great fun including the cake that Sara surprised me with to celebrate my 29th birthday!

Tonight after a fabulous dinner at Bd's Mongolian Grill the guys and I drove past the Denver City and County Building downtown. Every year it is lit for Christmas, in fact this year Brian worked at the official lighting ceremony a couple of weeks ago.

Either my mom or I have made these Mexican Wedding Cookies every December as long as I can remember. They are so cute and round and easy to pop-in your mouth and enjoy! Today I packaged them in little treat bags and gave them to my fellow supper group members.
